Delivery

Returns
We must be notified of damaged or missing goods within three working days.
If the receive does not inform the courier that the package is damaged when authorising receipt of package, you have indicated that the products have not been damaged through shipping, and no product can be returned for this reason.
Before returning any defective goods you must first contact Total Martial Arts Sales to attain a Returns Number. We cannot accept any returned goods without a Returns Number.
We regret that goods incorrectly ordered cannot be exchanged or returned for refund.
In cases of product defect Total Martial Arts will reimburse the postage costs on receipt of return and a new product of exact specification will be dispatched if it is in stock. If the product ordered is of incorrect size then the customer pays the postage of the replacement product.
If the customer decides to return the product and cancel the order, the customer will pay for the cost of the return postage.
